Principals

The two principals of Reflexion, Paul Barkley and Pranav Desai, have more than 25 years experience each providing cost effective information technology solutions to a variety of clients. For many years and in a variety of companies, Pranav has been the technical "go to" guy, the programmer and database expert that programmers rely on for the difficult answers. Paul's expertise is in analysis and design, building software development teams, and executive leadership at the Chief Information Officer level.

Information Technology Services

We employ only senior LAN engineers to deliver IT services such as setting up and maintaining your workstations and servers, protecting your systems from malware, and configuring backup solutions as part of your disaster recovery plans. Each has an average of over 10 years of experience, as well as multiple industry certifications. Like our senior developers, our senior LAN engineers are many times more productive than junior workers, and they know how to get the job done correctly, quickly, and efficiently, providing outstanding value to our clients.

CIO Services and Studies

We perform IT assessments for many kinds of organizations, by examining an organization's Information Technology Department to determine where improvements need to be made. We take the perspective of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), looking not only at the technical aspects of the infrastructure such as servers and the network, and the way software is built and deployed in the organization, but we also look at how the IT Department helps the organization meet its mission. We bring an outside executive view to the operation and make specific recommendations. If necessary, we can provide a part time or full time CIO on a temporary or permanent basis. For small organizations that can't afford a CIO on staff, we can provide cost effective executive oversight and leadership for your own IT team, or you can outsource your entire department to Reflexion if you prefer.

We also perform other analytical studies such as Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR), feasibility studies, requirements, use cases, data modeling, and gap analysis. If it involves analysis, we can do it!
